What is the dress code?

American formal attire/black-tie optional or Indian formal attire.

Where do I park?

FUMC Dallas is located in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown Dallas. As there is limited on-site parking available at the church, all attendees are encouraged to park in the Bryan Tower parking garage, which is located diagonally across from the church on the southeast corner of San Jacinto and Harwood (look for the Carmine's Pizza situated on the ground floor), which is available at a discounted rate upon validation. Parking meters are also located around the church. In addition, the St. Paul DART station is two blocks away.

Where do I go for the wedding ceremony?

The wedding ceremony will be held in the Sanctuary of FUMC Dallas promptly at 4:00 p.m. Two entrances to the church will be available: the main atrium doors located on San Jacinto Street or the Sanctuary doors on Ross Avenue. Please allow yourself at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to find parking and to arrive at the church.

Can we bring our children?

We wish we could include all children but unfortunately are only able to invite children who are immediate family.

Can we bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel is located off of Stemmons Freeway, a short 10-15 minute drive from the ceremony. Parking is available on-site for a fee.

Where do I go for the reception?

Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the foyer outside of the Grand Ballroom, which is located on the second floor of the hotel. Dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. inside the Grand Ballroom.

Can we bring our children?
